Mission Staffing is Hiring a Tax Associate Near New York, NY
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded alternative investment firm, is looking to add a Tax Associate to join their team! Responsibilities include Common Reporting Standards and FATCA reporting, W-8/W-9 form validation, investor onboarding support, and supporting any tax-related process improvement initiatives. The ideal will have at least three years' experience in tax operations for a large hedge fund or private equity firm, exceptional knowledge in legal entity tax reporting, and familiarity with international tax forms is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with tax documentation during new investor onboarding process
- Preparing and tax reporting for FATCA
- Validating domestic and international tax forms
- Assisting on several tax operations initiatives including process improvement and reporting enhancements
Requirements:
- At least five years' experience in tax operations for a large hedge fund or PE firm
- Familiarity with tax reporting standards including FATCA and CRS
- Experience working on tax operations projects for a large financial firm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
